Which Minecraft versions are supported?
All Java Edition versions from 1.8 to 1.21.x. Bedrock Edition is not supported.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, just message me and I will resize your server. The difference in price will be prorated.
Can I upload my own world?
Yes, free of charge. Send me the world folder via email or a file sharing service and I'll import it for you.
How does payment work?
After your order is confirmed, I will send you a payment link. Payment is monthly in advance. I accept bank transfer and PayPal.
What is Crafty Controller?
Crafty Controller is a web-based Minecraft server management panel. It lets you start/stop your server, view the console, manage files, and more — all from your browser via Tailscale.
What is Tailscale and do I need it?
Tailscale is a secure VPN mesh network. You only need it if you want to access the Crafty Controller panel. Playing on the server does not require Tailscale.
Can I install plugins or mods?
Plugins are supported on Pro and Ultra Pro plans (Paper/Purpur). Mods and modpacks are supported on the Custom plan (Forge/Fabric/NeoForge).
How do I cancel my server?
Just send me an email before your next billing date. No cancellation fees — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Are backups included?
Daily backups are available as an add-on for €1/month on all plans. If you need a restore, just contact me and I'll handle it quickly.
What is the uptime guarantee?
I target 99.8% uptime. The hardware is monitored 24/7. In case of unexpected downtime I will notify you and fix it as quickly as possible.
